Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Program Manager position located in Kalamazoo, MI. The Technical Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. The role involves identifying process improvements, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, and ensuring delivery quality meets company standards. Strong leadership and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Project and program management skills, including experience in managing timelines, resources, and risks
• Technical understanding of autonomous technology, engineering principles, or related fields
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interface with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and work with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in project management tools and platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Industry experience in self-driving technology, logistics, or transportation is an advantage
