Data and Reporting Analyst

What You'll Do
- Design dashboards that wow
—create interactive Power BI reports that make complex data simple and actionable. - Be the insight architect
—translate business needs into KPIs, models, and visualizations that tell a clear story. - Prototype like a pro
—wireframe ideas, refine requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that hit the mark. - Dive into the data ocean
—analyze large datasets from CRM, marketing platforms, and transactional systems to uncover trends and opportunities. - Champion data quality
—profile data, write test cases, and ensure every report is accurate, consistent, and reliable. - Partner with the pros
—work closely with Marketing and Sales to measure campaign performance, lead conversion, and pipeline health. - Explore and innovate
—conduct exploratory analysis to identify patterns and insights that drive strategy forward.

What You'll Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing business intelligence reports (Power BI and SSRS preferred).
- 2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL.
- Experience in Marketing and Sales analytics (campaign performance, funnel analysis, pipeline health).
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Dynamics 365, Marketo).
- Bonus: Knowledge of Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Azure, SQL Server) and agile methodologies.
