We are a software company developing a next-generation Trauma Registry Platform designed for trauma centers, health systems, and state programs across the U.S. Our mission is to simplify data management and reporting for trauma programs, improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. As we grow, we're expanding our team to support the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.

Position Summary

The Implementation Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new clients. This entry-level position is responsible for coordinating the implementation process from the time a sale closes through go-live. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Implementation Coordinator manages project timelines, tracks milestones, communicates progress, and provides excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities


•Serve as the main point of contact for new clients immediately following contract close.


•Develop and manage client implementation plans using established company templates.


•Coordinate project milestones and deliverables with internal departments(development, product, and support).


•Track implementation details and progress in the company's internal client and project tracking system.


•Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of their assigned deliverables.


•Respond to client inquiries related to project status, timelines, or basic product use.


•Learn and maintain a working knowledge of the company's trauma registry product to assist clients with basic questions.


•Escalate product or technical issues to senior staff as needed.


•Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation.

Qualifications


•Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.


•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


•Comfortable learning and explaining software applications.


•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project tracking tools a plus.


•Preferred - 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or project coordination role.


•Experience in healthcare, public health, or software environments is helpful but not required.

•Implementations completed on or ahead of schedule.


•Positive feedback from clients regarding communication and responsiveness.


•Accurate and up-to-date implementation records in the tracking system.


•Effective collaboration with internal teams.

Base Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000
