Garage Harmony and HVAC Harmony are locally owned service companies focused on honest, high‑quality work for homeowners and small businesses. We're expanding our new HVAC Harmony brand and looking for an HVAC‑experienced tech who wants more autonomy, less high‑pressure sales, and the chance to learn a second trade: garage doors.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, etc.)
- Perform tune‑ups and preventative maintenance
- Clearly explain findings and options to customers without high‑pressure sales tactics
- Travel to customer homes in our service areas using company tools/tech for dispatch and job notes
- Represent Garage Harmony & HVAC Harmony professionally on every job
Train as a Garage Door Apprentice
- Assist with garage door and opener installation
- Learn to perform door repairs (springs, cables, rollers, hardware)
What we're looking for
- Previous HVAC repair/service experience (diagnostics, not just install)
- Experience with mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, or similar systems
- mechanically inclined, safe, and reliable
- Willing to learn garage door installation and repair
- Able to lift 60–80 lbs and work on ladders/in tight spaces
- Clean driving record and able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
