What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, service, and team performance
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Manage schedules, inventory, and food safety standards
• Drive sales and control costs (labor, food, supplies)
• Ensure consistent execution of Capriotti's recipes and guest experience
• Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting
• Support local marketing and brand initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast casual or quick service restaurant
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with POS and basic computer skills
• Flexible availability and physical stamina (lifting, standing, moving)
