Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email or Fax.
• Fax over Company Information Daily.
• Create Fax List for Prior Day .
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
• Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and achieve team goals.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills are required for data entry and documentation tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed.
• Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy environment.
• Analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
