Job Summary
We are a fee-for-service private practice seeking a professional and caring licensed clinical social worker to join our team In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. If you are an experienced and licensed social worker passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you
Flexible schedule This is a salaried position with supervisory roles. We provide professional support, including weekly staff meetings to discuss clinical issues, training for pre-licensed professionals, and reimbursement for continuing education courses.
Responsibilities
- Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
- Maintain documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Opportunity to see kids, teens, and adults.
Qualifications
- LCSW
- Currently licensed in New York State
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
