Position Summary
The Plant Controller serves as the financial leader for the plant and a key member of the plant leadership team. This highly visible role oversees all plant accounting activities and provides critical financial insights to guide operational decisions and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct plant accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly statements, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage month-end close processes and validate the accuracy of financial statements.
• Analyze overhead, cost of sales, and manufacturing costs; identify variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods. Maintain material cost standards for accurate product costing.
