Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our products. You will lead technical sales support, manage customer implementations, and drive customer success. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex B2B solutions, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute to our growth as we scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and product demos to qualify opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and answer client questions, positioning our product as a key solution.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing collateral, including demo materials and FAQs.
  • Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our product team to drive improvements.
  • Identify potential risks and upsell opportunities, working closely with sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer success, or solutions engineering.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex concepts.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, early-stage company.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $110K - $165K
