As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to operate equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Physical stamina is a must, as the role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to strictly follow all safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock and organize products in the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to using PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
