About
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to Safety and teamwork. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, supporting the movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items accurately based on order requests.
- Pack items carefully for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to meeting daily operational targets within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic Safety practices in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workspace within our logistics hub.
