You will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order details against packed items to ensure accuracy.
- Operate necessary warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company-provided PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory put-away and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient logistics.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting and moving items up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all established protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this logistics role.
