As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer demands. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount; you will be trained on and expected to follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting techniques. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including regular Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and ensuring proper sealing.
- Stage orders for outgoing transport and assist with loading trucks.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and bending.
- Wear designated PPE and follow all company Safety protocols.
- Support the Logistics department with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
