Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become part of our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role is fundamental to our logistics and distribution process, focusing on the efficient handling and organization of products within our facility. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods with accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against shipping manifests.
  • Inspect products for damage or defects, documenting any issues.
  • Sort and store inventory in designated locations throughout the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate manual material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all established safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulousness.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to task completion.
