We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this essential role, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics network by handling a variety of tasks within the distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to manage the flow of goods. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all order fulfillment processes. Safety is a cornerstone of our company culture. All associates are required to strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implementing safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling devices.
- Follow all company safety policies, including wearing required PPE and practicing safe lifting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet productivity goals and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
