Job Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. The job involves continuous movement, including standing, walking, and frequent lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
  • Pack items using appropriate shipping materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • Generate and apply shipping labels and documentation.
  • Stage completed orders for shipment to various carriers.
  • Maintain productivity standards and order accuracy targets.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety regulations and wear all required PPE .
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order picking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE .
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
