The job involves continuous movement, including standing, walking, and frequent lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items using appropriate shipping materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Generate and apply shipping labels and documentation.
- Stage completed orders for shipment to various carriers.
- Maintain productivity standards and order accuracy targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety regulations and wear all required PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order picking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE .
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
