- Accurately pick products according to order lists or electronic pick tickets.
- Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and ensure order accuracy.
- Use warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your picking zone.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Meet established quotas for order picking and packing productivity.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to your supervisor.
- Participate in inventory cycle counting activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading as required to support logistics flow.
Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is helpful but not required. Ability to read and interpret order information. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Capacity to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong commitment to safety is essential; all safety procedures must be followed. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical. This role is key to our efficient supply chain management.
