We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will play a crucial part in our overall logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and efficiency.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
