Join our expanding logistics operation in San Francisco, California as a Picker/Packer! This position is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse inventory using order tickets and scanning technology, and then meticulously packaging them for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and internal documentation.
- Inspect items for any defects or damages before packing.
- Package orders securely and correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements and order status.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and general warehouse area.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with replenishment and other warehouse support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a Picker/Packer role or similar warehouse environment is beneficial. You must be able to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds, and remain on your feet for the majority of your shift. A dedication to safety and adherence to all protocols is non-negotiable. This role is essential for our logistics chain and demands accuracy and speed.
