We are seeking a motivated and dependable Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding team in Durham, North Carolina. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our distribution network. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work with a variety of products and will be an integral part of our logistics process. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a Safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow established safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting, and requires individuals who are energetic and capable of performing these tasks efficiently. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who are committed to accuracy and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipment and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Perform tasks that require frequent Lifting and manual handling of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support the Logistics team in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to overall operational efficiency and productivity.
