Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates for our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics operations, performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all associates to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring efficient organization.
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on order requirements using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and independently when required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
