We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in Boise, Idaho, as Order Pickers. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched promptly. As an Order Picker, you will use advanced scanning technology to locate and retrieve items from our extensive inventory, then prepare them for shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and condition before confirming picks.
- Stage picked items for subsequent packing and shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is advantageous.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
