In this crucial position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with a team to maintain a smooth workflow, from receiving goods to dispatching finished products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
