Join our team in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Material Handler! This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved, stored, and managed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for handling a variety of materials using manual techniques and powered equipment. Accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety are key. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. The position involves significant physical work, including bending, twisting, and consistent Lifting of materials up to 75 pounds. If you are a motivated individual with experience in warehouse environments and a desire to excel in Logistics , this is an excellent opportunity. Key responsibilities include:
- Moving materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Organizing and stocking materials in designated locations.
- Assisting with inventory counts and checks.
- Ensuring materials are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhering to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
