About
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Pickers/Packers in our state-of-the-art Dallas, Texas facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that orders are filled correctly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and ensure product availability. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order details against picked items to minimize errors.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement and update system records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and security.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of our logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory system usage.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
