Your duties may include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, demanding efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety . You will work with a team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. We emphasize adherence to all warehouse procedures, including the correct use of PPE . The position requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear all mandated PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist in various warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and proper use of PPE .
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including potential overtime.
