We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to contribute to our operations in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to upholding high standards of efficiency and Safety . Your contributions are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely dispatch of orders, playing a key role in our Logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and orderly.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines rigorously and use the necessary PPE .
- Handle tasks that require consistent physical effort and Lifting of materials.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve operational targets.
