Job Opportunity: Maintenance Division Manager

• Manage daily activities related to new construction and facilities maintenance, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Oversee facility-related maintenance including HVAC, electrical, controls, carpentry, painting, masonry.
• Maintain OSHA Safety Standards policies procedures for the organization.
• Evaluate projects based on safety and timely completion criteria to ensure excellent Guest Team Member experience is not affected.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally,
