Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. As an Executive Assistant at Olive Capital, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Other duties include preparing and processing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events or presentations. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to facilitate daily operations for leadership
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and handling related financial tasks
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with Administrative Assistance to support scheduling, correspondence, and organizational needs
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
