About the Role
We're seeking a Spa Coordinator who embodies hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and excels at creating a welcoming, organized, and calming environment for our clients. This role is the heartbeat of our front desk—where first impressions are made, expectations are elevated, and every detail matters. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a confident, friendly presence and guide them through check-in and check-out with ease.
- Manage the spa schedule with accuracy—balancing appointments, optimizing therapist availability, and keeping operations flowing.
- Respond to calls, messages, and inquiries, offering knowledgeable guidance on treatments, services, and reservations.
- Maintain a polished, inviting front desk area and ensure retail displays are stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Process payments with precision and complete necessary reports and correspondence as needed.
- Address guest needs, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-focused attitude.
- Work closely with therapists and team members to deliver a smooth, cohesive experience from beginning to end.
- Be well-versed in our treatment menu, retail offerings, enhancements, and membership options.
- Confidently upsell and cross-sell services and products that support the guest's wellness goals.
- Support our digital presence—posting, interacting, and helping elevate our brand online.
- Participate enthusiastically in spa-related videos, behind-the-scenes content, and social media campaigns.
- Bring positive energy into every interaction—your attitude sets the tone for the team and our guests.
- Stay passionate about beauty, skincare, bodywork, and the wellness industry as a whole.
- Ensure the spa is guest-ready at all times with an atmosphere that reflects tranquility and care.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness-center role.
- Excellent communication skills—warm, clear, and engaging.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- A passion for customer care and creating memorable client experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with computers, booking systems, and handling payments.
