Senior Full Stack Engineer – HealthTech (Remote
• U.S.)

Earn $190K–$200K working fully remote building real healthcare tech that matters. This role is fully remote anywhere in the U.S.

Join a lean, fast-moving HealthTech team reshaping patient care through AI and real-time data. You'll own end-to-end builds — no layers, no red tape, just impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale full-stack systems for live healthcare workflows
  • Write clean, tested code in React + Ruby on Rails
  • Design APIs for ops, logistics, and clinical insights
  • Collaborate directly with product and engineering leads
  • Review code, improve standards, ship fast
  • Own features from idea → launch → iteration

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years full-stack experience (production systems)
  • Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript + React
  • Proven Ruby on Rails experience (or strong MVC background)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
  • Clear ownership, bias for action, fast learner

Nice to Have

  • PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI/ML exposure
  • Experience with analytics-heavy or data pipeline systems
