Field Installer

Are you excited to work with your hands and take on a variety of tasks each day? We're looking for motivated individuals, whether you're experienced in construction/labor or just starting out, to join our team in sign assembly, production, and field installations.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
In-House Production & Assembly

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics for sign production.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as aluminum, vinyl, plastic, and wood.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, augers, printers, and laminators).
• Apply graphics, lettering, and laminates to sign substrates.
• Inspect finished signs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare signs for transport to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.
• Track and report when materials or supplies need replenishing.

Field Installation

• Load signs and materials into vehicles according to route assignments.
• Install and remove signs in designated areas using maps or digital instructions.
• Ensure all signs are properly positioned, secured, and visible.
• Perform minor field repairs as needed and report damaged or missing signs.
• Maintain accurate counts of signs deployed and retrieved using company tools.
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all driving and safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress or issues.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable using hand tools and light equipment.
• Holds a valid Driver's License and auto insurance (required).
• Able to work outdoors, including from ladders up to 15 ft.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs frequently.
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Professional, positive, and a problem-solver.
• Previous sign industry experience is a plus, but not required
