About
MTSI is seeking a Digital Engineering Analyst Senior to support a classified programs Systems Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will require the candidate to have significant hands-on experience working with cloud-based networks connected to multiple government and defense contractor organization utilizing Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) and Power BI to develop digital work products across multiple functional areas (Engineering, Program Management, Logistics, Security & Cybersecurity, Configuration/Data Management, etc.). This position will work with functional leads and program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to implement team collaboration tools, produce data visualization and manipulation tools and build products to enable utilization of those tools and products supporting requirements definition, vendor product and govt test data analysis, engineering assessments, systems performance tracking, data configuration management and programmatic decisions. The candidate will also be responsible for training staff on utilization of those products as well as improve, maintain, and manage the developed products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption of digital solutions (Jira, Confluence, Power BI) by developing digital engineering products for IPT and functional collaboration, data visualization, and data management supporting:
o Acquisition requirement development using govt reference architectures, technical performance data, and end state capabilities objectives
o Systems Engineering assessments of product development status, requirements verification and validation based on contractor and govt test data
o Technical and programmatic data configuration management and control
o Logistics program management, material tracking, maintenance and sustainment tracking, reliability tracking, etc.
o Program management visualization of planned and current program technical, contractual and financial status and schedules
- Configure and customize Jira, Confluence and Power BI to meet the needs of various government projects and IPTs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reporting in Jira and Power BI.
- Create and maintain documentation and Confluence spaces to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within and across IPTs and functional leads.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective use of Jira, Confluence and Power BI
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira, Confluence and Power BI products
- Ensure master data accuracy/develop authoritative source of truth
- Demonstrated self-starter with exceptional communication skills
Qualifications:
- Possess minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in a DoD program or product acquisition office or environment
- Have no less than three (3) years' experience in a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment within the last five (5) years
- A Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering MA/MS/ME degree (Years of experience may be considered in lieu of a masters degree)
- Top-Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
- Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position, due to contract requirements.
