Who This Job is For
This role is for an Exercise Professional who wants to do meaningful work—focused on service, outcomes, and impact rather than sales. You value a consistent salary and schedule that reflects your skills, professionalism, and performance, not commissions or sales quotas.
You believe Exercise Professionals play a critical role in healthcare, and you want to practice in an environment where exercise assessment, prescription, and adherence are treated as essential—not optional. You're also excited by the opportunity to grow with a scaling organization, with clear pathways for advancement, leadership, and expanded responsibility over time.
If you're looking for a long-term career—not a transactional sales-based fitness job—this role was built for you.
Who We Are
Applied Fitness Solutions (AFS) was built on a simple but radical belief: Every human being has the right to have ownership and agency over their health.
We deliver lifestyle medicine—exercise, nutrition, and behavior change—because it is both the most effective and the most empowering form of healthcare. Our work is about transforming people from passive recipients of care into active providers of their own health.
AFS is actively rebranding and scaling into a healthcare company focused on preventive, movement- and nutrition-based care. Our long-term vision is to build a nationwide network of medically integrated locations where Exercise Professionals, Registered Dietitians, and Health Coaches are recognized as mission-critical healthcare providers—not support staff.
Our Purpose: To help humanity reclaim ownership of their health by transforming the patient into the provider of their own healthcare.
Our core values (who thrives here):
- Impact – You want your work to truly change lives, not just fill time.
- Humanity – You lead with compassion, humility, and curiosity.
- Growth – You're open to intense personal and professional development.
- Wholeheartedness – You bring your full, authentic self to the work.
Our foundational principle: Our Members' Health is Our Highest Obligation — always act accordingly.
If this resonates, you're likely our kind of Exercise Professional.
