Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Raleigh, NC. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, coordinate workflows, and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, ensuring projects stay within budget, and monitoring quality throughout the construction process. The role also requires effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Construction Site Management and Construction Safety expertise to oversee and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Project Management and Budgeting skills to track progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion of projects
• Strong Organization and Leadership skills for coordinating teams, managing schedules, and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address on-site challenges and uphold quality standards
• Relevant construction certifications and proficiency in industry-standard tools and software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in commercial or renovation projects, is highly desirable
