Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineered electrical manufacturing projects from conception through completion. The Project Manager will oversee budgets, schedules, and scope, ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards. This role requires proactive leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments and with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and accounting to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review purchase orders and match with Spike proposals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using the provided software platform.
• Read, interpret, and review Bills of Material (BOM), drawings, and specifications.
• Consult with engineering on drawings and ensure compliance with NEC, UL, and ISO9001 standards.
• Manage project details and milestones through Microsoft Dynamics.
• Oversee material procurement and cost management in coordination with purchasing.
• Schedule inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with vendors and clients.
• Prepare and maintain weekly material status reports.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining profitability and project quality.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Required Experience

Candidate shall have:

• 2 years or more of engineered electrical manufacturing project management experience, OR
• 5 years or more of engineered manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing preferred.
• Technical degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and proactively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across departments.
• Familiarity with NEC, UL, and ISO9001 standards.
• Record of reliability and consistent attendance.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Chief Business Officer.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Report potential hazards or malfunctions immediately.
