As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Wendy's, you'll provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business. With the support of the General Manager, you will drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team. Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
