What You'll Do:
Our Inside Sales position is responsible for assisting walk in/will call customers and phone orders, coordinates order deliveries, pricing and availability of product and maintain customer friendly environment as well as making outbound sales call to entice new business.
Day to day activities include ensuring properly placed orders, on time deliveries, and completed paperwork. Ability to plus sell accessories and tools.
**Position requires flexibility and the ability to jump in when needed to assist in the yard, pull orders, load trucks, do small pick up deliveries etc.**

What Makes You a Good Fit:
- 1-2 years of construction and/or steel knowledge preferably in commercial work
- sales experience is a must
- Professional and focused work ethic
- Proficient in all aspects of professional communications
- College education preferred
- Previous phone sales experience
- Computer literate required for customer orders and CRM entries
- Previous forklift experience required
**Candidates with previous phone/sales history and strong customer service skills may be considered for on the job training**
High School Diploma or GED, must be available for in person interviews, pass math test and drug/alcohol tests and background.
