Position Summary

We are hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team in delivering top-tier HVAC systems to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled HVAC technician. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and associated systems (furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, etc.)
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
• Support fabrication and installation tasks, including ductwork assembly, equipment placement, and system connections
• Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Follow instructions from lead installers and adhere to safety protocols on every job site
• Provide professional and respectful communication with customers and team members
• Assist with cleanup and final site walkthrough upon job completion
• Operate company vehicles responsibly when required

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HVAC or construction-related experience preferred (but not required—we will train motivated candidates)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.)
• Possess own tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Military experience or technical school training is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts
• Occasional overtime available
