Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Consultant
to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Java technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in solution design, technical leadership, code reviews, performance tuning, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex Java-based applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern Java frameworks.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
• Work with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product owners.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot critical system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology evaluations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-8+ years
  of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in
  Java 8/11/17
  , OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Expertise in frameworks such as
  Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  , and
  Hibernate/JPA
  .
• Experience with
  RESTful APIs
  , microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of
  SQL/NoSQL databases
  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with
  cloud platforms
  (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with
  CI/CD pipelines
  , Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
• Expertise in performance tuning, transaction management, and JVM internals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
