Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead Our High End Family Run Steakhouse. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and motivate your team to achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible to help create Brand awareness on Social Media. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and uphold company standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual passionate about restaurant management and customer satisfaction to make a significant impact on establishing this as the go to spot in Naples.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees, providing comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training & development
• Manage Server and Bar activities by motivating the staff to upsell and create a comforting environment.
• Handle the bookkeeping interface , cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy and attention to detail
• Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store traffic as well as build our followings on social media.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by coaching staff on communication skills, phone etiquette, and problem resolution
• Supervise shift management ensuring proper staffing levels; oversee cashiering duties and customer interactions
• Conduct regular inventory audits; manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Develop organizational strategies for concierge outreach programs. private event sales building.
• Manage budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in restaurant and bar environments with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, bookkeeping software, payroll processing, and retail math
• Sound knowledge of social media and proven methods are going a following.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and cashiering operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous
• Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Exceptional time management skills coupled with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as stock control and record keeping
