BORO Restaurant kitchen is open nightly from 3-9 Tuesday - Thursday, 3-10 Friday & Saturday, 3-8 Sunday. We host many on site and offsite events typically during the day on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team and lead our existing staff to be better in all aspects in order to create consistently prepared dishes every day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. If you have experience in restaurant management and a strong background in food preparation, we want to hear from you. *Duties* - Create and execute menu items - Oversee kitchen operations - Ensure food quality meets the highest standards - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed with overall food cost & profitability awareness in mind- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes - Monitor kitchen sanitation and food safety practices *Experience* - Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Certification in food safety is a plus

Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
