WORK SKI REPEAT - Ski Pass and Daily Ski Breaks

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ski/Snowboard Technician to join our team at a premier ski resort. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for winter sports and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Ski/Snowboard Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ski equipment is properly maintained, fitted, and ready for our guests, enhancing their overall experience on the slopes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ski/snowboard equipment, including skis, snowboards, bindings, helmets.
• Assist guests with fitting and adjusting their ski gear to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide expert advice on equipment selection based on individual needs and skill levels.
• Manage inventory of equipment and ensure proper organization within the rental shop.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during equipment rentals.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members to direct guest to a particular ski run, educate on snow and weather conditions, suggestions of lunch/dinner/Apres Ski locations, any information that enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with resort standards.

Experience

• Experienced ski and/or snowboarder preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, particularly in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with the area and/or the mountain in order to effectively handle guest questions.
