About

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated
Certified Caregiver
to join our team at our assisted living facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

As a Certified Caregiver, you will also be responsible for administering medications, following care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote the best possible outcomes for each resident. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and are committed to providing personalized, hands-on care, we would love to have you on our team.

  • Administer medications to residents according to their care plans.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Follow personalized care plans to meet each resident's needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Ensure safety by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.
  • Document care provided and any changes in resident condition.
  • Assist with meals and help residents with eating when needed.
  • Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide the best possible care.
  • Communicate with families about residents' care and well-being.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech certification.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Negative TB Test (must be submitted before starting).
  • Knowledge of medication administration and documentation.
  • Ability to assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
  • Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to senior care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
