3Z Brands has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Power BI Developer based in Glendale, AZ.

Position Summary:

As a Power BI Developer on 3Z's Data team, you will play a critical role in shaping how data is modeled, transformed, and consumed across the organization. Your primary focus will be building high-impact Power BI reports and reusable semantic models that empower self-service analytics and drive data adoption. Success in this role means delivering trusted, performant, and user-friendly analytics solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and the broader data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Enhance Power BI Solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and reusable semantic models that deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Refactor and optimize existing Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Transition existing Looker reports to Power BI, addressing all end user needs and expanding report usefulness
• Enable and Support Business Users
• Assist in training end users and business stakeholders to effectively use Power BI and leverage self-service analytics capabilities.
• Drive Power BI adoption across the organization through documentation and implementation of best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues with existing Power BI reports and semantic models in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI development.
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI and with Dax.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL.
• Ability to translate business logic into data models.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
