Equipment Operator

Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 an hour (D.O.E.)

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator will focus on equipment operator duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Saturday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 an hour (D.O.E.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Operating large front-end loaders and other heavy machinery
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
• Keeping yard area neat and organized. Daily.
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
• Other related duties as assigned, such as receiving etc.
• Basic mechanical routine maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

• Operating experience
• Yard duties experience or worked in yard outdoor settings
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test/background.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Multiple factors are considered, including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
