Data Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst, based in Kansas City, MO. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify meaningful patterns and trends. Daily tasks include performing data modeling, generating reports, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy and integrity throughout all reporting and analytical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Knowledge and application of Statistics and Data Modeling techniques
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus
• Ability to solve complex problems and handle large datasets effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
