Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This hands-on role involves a variety of warehouse functions including testing, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing air conditioners for functionality and quality standards

• Packing and shipping air conditioners and awnings for customer orders

• Interfacing with shipping companies to arrange pickups and resolve delivery issues

• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory accuracy

• Loading shipments onto freight trucks efficiently and safely

• Operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials

• Perform custodial services such as cleaning and general upkeep of the warehouse

• Carry out miscellaneous tasks and one-off duties around the building as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Work Environment:

• Full-time position, primarily in a warehouse setting

• Moderate to heavy physical activity

• Team-oriented with occasional independent tasks

Schedule

• 8 hour shift Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
