Become a key player in our fast-paced fulfillment operations in Washington, D.C., as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our logistics team and contribute to the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are vital for ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment, and possesses a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus. We provide a safe and supportive work environment, emphasizing adherence to all safety standards and the mandatory use of PPE. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the e-commerce logistics sector. Key responsibilities include: Accurately picking products based on order details; Inspecting items for quality before packing; Efficiently packing orders using appropriate materials; Labeling packages for shipment; Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment; Maintaining a clean and organized workstation; Following all safety guidelines and procedures. Successful candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods. Your contribution to our logistics efficiency and safety is highly valued.
