- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications, using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to prepared packages.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking and packing areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues regarding order status and any encountered issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment focused on efficient logistics.
